Free Samples Policy

To demonstrate our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, A-1 VERITAS Surgident Co. offers the following Free Samples Policy:

1. Regular Items

1.1 Complimentary Evaluation Samples

• We provide free, no-commercial-value samples strictly for the purpose of quality and performance testing.

1.2 Shipping Arrangements

• Customer Courier Account: Simply supply your own courier account number at request—and we’ll ship at no charge.

• Freight Billing: If no account is provided, standard freight charges will be invoiced prior to dispatch.

2. Customized Items

Applies to items priced between USD 0.50 and USD 25.00.
For higher-value products, customization fees will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

• Pre-Order Samples: Customer pays both the custom production fee (as above) and all shipping charges.

• Post-Order Samples: Once a formal purchase order for the customized items is confirmed, A-1 VERITAS will absorb both production and shipping costs.

3. Terms & Conditions

1. Order Threshold

   • Applies only to items priced USD 0.50–25.00.

   • For products priced above USD 25.00, customization fees will be mutually agreed based on complexity.

2. Quantity Limit

   • Up to two sample units per model or customization type, unless otherwise arranged.

3. Lead Time

   • Regular samples ship within 11–21 business days of approval.

   • Customized samples ship within 21–56 business days, depending on complexity.

4. Non-Returnable

   • All free and custom samples are provided on a non-returnable basis.

5. Intellectual Property

   • Samples and any accompanying designs remain the property of A-1 VERITAS. Recipients agree not to reproduce or reverse-engineer without written consent.
